An American Airlines Boeing 737-800, registration N832NN performing flight AA-176 from Dallas Ft. Worth, TX to Orlando, FL was en route when the aircraft encountered turbulence causing an altitude deviation of +100 feet.

The crew in immediate response descended the aircraft and continued to Orlando for a safe landing about 45 minutes later.

The FAA reported two cabin crew and one passenger received minor injuries in the upset. The aircraft sustained no damage.
