Student Killed In Puerto Rico Plane Crash

A student was killed in a small plane crash in Puerto Rico. Molly Wrede, the victim, was a sophomore at the Paieda School.

Friends described Wrede as “a serious student, a good student, very diligent, hardworking and what brings a smile to my face is that she had a wonderful sense of humor.

The headmaster of the school released a statement as well: “It’s been a very difficult weekend here.  Most young people have not had the death of a friend or colleague and it hits them possibly even harder than it hits adults.”

The other two aboard the aircraft, Casey and Scott Ellyson, survived. The NTSB will begin an investigation.
