A “runaway food cart” injured five passengers on a Frontier Airlines flight Wednesday, KUSA Channel 9 of Denver reports.

The station says the incident occurred on a Denver-to-Phoenix flight, with the cart coming loose as the flight was landing. The injuries were described by minor, though three of the five injured fliers were taken to a local hospital, Frontier spokeswoman Lindsey Carpenter says to ABC 7 News of Denver.

Frontier tells KUSA it’s investigating the incident, which occurred on an Embraer E190 operated by Frontier parent Republic Airways.
